Tim is an experienced intellectual property attorney with a primary focus on preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications. He handles patents from a broad range of technologies, including mechanical, electromechanical, biomechanical, automotive, controls and electrical arts.
Tim renders freedom to operate, invalidity, state-of-the-art and patentability opinions, as well as prepares and prosecutes trademark applications. Tim is also involved in arguing appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
